Automatic container mixer is working with continuous material trolleys, the container filled with materials and lifted up and connected tightly with mixing head automatically, the mixing head tilts together.
with the containers, and then obtain the homogeneous mixing result, after finishing mixing as per setting time, and return to original position, the whole process will be controlled by PLC.
Cooling Belt With Flaker
After discharging as hot melt materials ,the materials falling down into the cooling rollers gap , and squeezed into thin layer and cooled down as well , and then tranported by the conveyor belt to the flaking end , also repeated cooling by spraying water from the bottom of the belt , and will get brittle chips after being crushed by flaker , collected by trolleys to next stage milling.
